Booking & Payment Questions

Our concierge team will help you select the perfect villa, check availability for your dates, and guide you through the simple booking process. We require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your arrival.
We accept bank transfers (wire), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. A small processing fee (3%) applies to credit card payments to cover merchant fees. Bank transfers incur no additional fees.
Regardless of the cancellation timeframe, the booking deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is 20-40 minutes from most of our villas, depending on location. Pedregal and Cabo San Lucas villas are typically 30-35 minutes, while Corridor properties may be 20-25 minutes. San José del Cabo villas are closest at 15-20 minutes. We offer private airport transfers for all guests.
Yes! Our luxury SUV airport transfers include professional meet-and-greet service (driver will be waiting with a personalized sign), cold beverages for the drive, and direct transport to your villa. Pricing ranges from $120-250 depending on vehicle size and villa location. Round-trip packages available at discounted rates.
Not necessarily. Many guests prefer our private driver service for convenience, safety (no drinking and driving concerns), and the ability to enjoy the scenery without navigation stress. However, rental cars are available if you prefer to explore independently. Taxis and Uber are also reliable and affordable options for short trips. Yes, all international visitors need a valid passport. U.S. and Canadian citizens do not need a visa for stays under 180 days. You'll receive a tourist card (FMM) upon arrival which must be kept safe and returned when departing Mexico.

Most of our villas have heated pools, though it's rarely necessary given Los Cabos' warm climate. Pool heating is typically included November-March and available upon request other months. Please specify if pool heating is important to you when booking.
Yes, all villas include high-speed WiFi at no additional charge. Most properties have mesh networks ensuring strong signal throughout indoor and outdoor spaces. If you're planning to work remotely or need exceptionally fast speeds, let us know and we can recommend villas with upgraded internet.
Yes, all bedrooms and main living areas are fully air-conditioned. Many villas also feature ceiling fans and natural cross-ventilation for those who prefer fresh ocean breezes. Outdoor spaces are naturally cooled by the sea breeze.
Yes, daily housekeeping is included with all villa rentals. Our team will clean the villa, change linens and towels, and tidy common areas each morning (or at your preferred time). For extended stays, we can arrange more frequent service if desired.

Absolutely! Private chef service is one of our most popular add-ons. Chefs can prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in your villa using fresh local ingredients. You'll work directly with the chef to plan menus based on your preferences, dietary restrictions, and occasion. Pricing starts at $45 per person.
We provide a welcome package with basics (coffee, bottled water, fresh fruit), but full grocery stocking is available upon request. Send us your grocery list and we'll have everything waiting in your villa upon arrival. This is especially convenient for families or those who prefer to cook some meals in the villa.

Yes, all Soleada villas are located in secure, gated communities with 24/7 security and controlled access. Pedregal, our specialty, has the added security of a single tunnel entrance with round-the-clock guards. You can relax knowing you and your belongings are safe.
