At the main entrance, you’ll find a wheelchair lift providing smooth access to the main living area and one of the bedrooms—no stairs required, making it ideal for guests with limited mobility.

The home also includes a fully independent apartment-style suite, accessible from the side street just next to the garage. This cozy space is equipped with two double bunk beds, a private kitchenette, and a full bathroom, making it perfect for teens, staff, or guests seeking a bit more privacy. Just outside the door, a staircase leads directly up to the pool area, blending privacy with seamless access to the heart of the home.
